Company History

The Journey of Industrial Motor Service Inc

Founded in 1989, Industrial Motor Service Inc began with a small base in Upstate, SC, and has evolved significantly over the years. Doug, our dedicated owner, started as an electric motor winder and became sole owner in 2018. Together with an exceptional team, we have expanded our customer base and achieved significant milestones, including partnerships with notable organizations like RS Integrated Suppliers.

Since its inception, IMS has grown from local repair services to becoming a preferred vendor regionally and nationally. Our commitment and teamwork have played a vital role in our ongoing success and expansion.
